Our third Beer Dinner installment features a tribute to some of the OG beers of the NTX Beer Scene! We have brewed our own twist on the recipes of Peticolas’ Velvet Hammer, Rahr’s Blind Salamander, Martin House’s Riverhouse, and Collective’s Petite Golden Sour. Along with one of our very own beers, we have paired each tribute along with some of our own beers with eight food courses in collaboration with the Culinary School of Fort Worth.
