South Main Village

South Main Village is young compared to many of Fort Worth’s suburbs. What we know as South Main Village today was started by developer Eddie Vanston, architect Bob Kelly, investor Tom Reynolds. Starting in the 1990s, they restored and built many structures that brought in new inhabitants, such as Supreme Golf buildings and the Markeen Apartments.

Magnolia Village

Many renovations taking place during the last 30 years have had a visible impact on the vibrancy of Magnolia Village. New businesses are fruitful with construction surges. This has transformed the area into a place filled with a variety of restaurants, live music, and retail shops. More importantly, the community culture and charm of Near Southside has been preserved during these new changes.
